The average fulfillment time is 8–14 business days. After payment is confirmed, orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3 business days. Estimated transit time is 5–11 business days.

Tracking and packages

Tracking information is sent after dispatch when available. The first carrier update may take additional time, and an order may be divided into separate packages.

Addresses, customs, and charges

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support@bemuvio.com promptly to request a correction, although changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins. Customs duties, taxes, import charges, or carrier fees may apply depending on destination and are handled according to checkout disclosures and applicable law.

Lost, damaged, or undelivered orders
